Return Terms
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Please be aware that the return window for certain items may differ. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including any protective materials.
Required Information
To process your return, please provide your order number or electronic receipt along with any relevant order details.
Return Process
Request Submission
To initiate a return, please email us at support@tevclq.com with your order number, photos of the item's condition, and any additional relevant information. We will respond within 24 hours with the return address and packaging instructions.
Damaged Items
If your item is damaged during shipping, you must record an unboxing video that clearly shows the condition of the outer packaging within fifteen days of receipt.
Proof of Damage
If you discover that the product is damaged or has visible scratches, please provide a video and 3-6 photos showing the damage from various angles.
Quick Resolution
Once we confirm responsibility for the damage, you will receive a free replacement, pending stock availability of the same model.
Special Terms for EU Customers
Customers in the EU have the right to cancel or return their orders within 14 days without providing a reason.
Refund Details
Warehouse Review
After we receive your returned items, we will conduct a quality inspection within 3 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that depending on the payment method used, this timeframe may extend up to 15 days.
Shipping Costs
- Consumer-Initiated Returns: If the return is initiated voluntarily by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific amount will depend on the courier selected.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the items received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the consumer will not incur any return shipping costs.
